How To Place Your OrderIt's easy to place your order online using the Products menu choice at the left side of the page. (You may also print a Blank Order Form for FAXing/Mailing)From the Products menu choice you can then click on any of the categories and then you will be shown all products in that category. Scroll up and down the displayed items and click on the button marked View to see further details about just that product. On some products where additional information is needed (such as sizing, color or the name to be sewn on) -- clicking on the Add* button will take you to the product detail page where you can select/enter the additional information. Shopping Cart: At any time you may view/modify your order by clicking on the "View Cart" link just above the words "Cart Items" on the tan colored line (same line as Credit Card logos.) Account: Our internet ordering system keeps a record of all orders you place with us - including full sizing and color choices on each item in every order. You can refer back to prior orders at any time to see what you ordered previously - by simply clicking the Account link above the Total $ on the tan colored line. Credit Cards, PayPal, eChecks, Mail-In Pymts: For orders placed via the Internet (this website) we highly recommend you select "PayPal" as the payment method when completing the Checkout Process. By choosing PayPay, you have the very highest level of security for your Credit Card or Bank Account Information, and you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PayPal also offers you the ability to optionally pay without the use of a credit card (eCheck). Whatever method you use with PayPal, your payment gets to us very promptly (in seconds) and that means we can start processing your order ASAP! If you prefer not to use PayPal, we offer the additional options of submitting your Visa or MasterCard information directly to us on our website (choose "Credit Card" for payment method at Checkout). And of course we still accept checks, in which case you should choose "Mail-In" for the payment method at Checkout. This is the slowest way for your payment to reach us, so please keep in mind it may delay the processing of your order by 3 days to 1 week. And most importantly - thank you! |
